Very modern and very nice workspace.

Tight security at the entrance to the office park. There also are about four or more security guards on each floor, which oftentimes is even difficult for me as an employee to get into the office since I am a 'visitor'. I'm not complaining, though, as it's nice to know there is tight security on the grounds.

Tonight we ate dinner at this fantastic falafel (pronounced fa-la-fel, like waffle) place called Taam. Since I've been here I've been wanting to try it out, as I first was introduced to the food by Throwdown with Bobby Flay. Falafel is a spicy mixture of ground chickpeas (or fava beans) formed into balls and fried. I would call it an Indian hushpuppie. What I learned from Bobby Flay was that the tricky part to good falafel is frying the falafel long enough where it is crispy, but not too long where the inside dries out. I must say that this place cooked them perfectly, as the outside was very crispy and the inside was moist and did not dry out at all.
